    Safe Use of Your Cart

  • 1. Maximum load capacity: 20kg
  • 2. Submerging the cart in water will cause damage to the cart. We recommend using the manual push mode while crossing a bridge or in a limited space, like a parking lot.
  • 3. Before transportation, the battery must be disconnected from the cart.
  • 4. When parking on a slope, please do not turn off the power and remember to press the stop key (‘Cloud’ key). Turning off the power would disable the electric braking system of the cart.
  •

  • 1. Do not store your cart in the open air.
  • 2. When it rains heavily, protect the cart from the rain and try to cover it with an umbrella.
  • 3. Please use a soft dry towel to wipe off the excess mud, dirt or water from the cart.
  • 4. Keep the main folding track clean and well lubricated.
  •

  • The battery will be able to complete around 36 holes on a single charge when used in normal conditions (however this is not guaranteed). We encourage users of Lithium batteries to top-up between rounds whenever possible. The battery is not designed to complete 18 holes over consecutive days on a single charge. Battery capacity will reduce over time and can be affected by frequency of use and charging conditions.

    Excellent item

I bought this product for about two months. Now I'm going to post a review after I've used it enough.First of all, I really like this product. It satisfied me enough in both design and performance. It's too easy when you get used to it. All of my friends who are rounding around me say that the design, performance, and price are all good. This is my first time doing business with this company. I was worried before ordering at first. Because I live in the United States and I can't order from a company in Canada. But the delivery comes quickly and customer care is the best.I'm sure it's a company with trust and trust.I highly recommend this product if the person around me wants to buy it.And thank you to Joe, who is in charge of managing customers in this company.

I watched a youtube about the anti bump function. But I realized that there is no the function in the Axglo E3.

Same Guy, Different Name, Same 5 Star Review

I'm too stupid to figure out how to update my review so I am writing another one. Since my first review, I noticed they changed the name to "E3", better than nothing I suppose. Anyway, still love this cart. Actually more than when I first got it. I've had this for about 4 months now, and have learned a little bit and am better able to use this cart.

First lesson learned--turn off obstackle avoidance. The cart won't be so tentative when crossing parking lots, cart paths etc. After you have used it for awhile, you will mostly be able to get it to follow you across bridges and narrow sketchy places, but if you need more control, just push the "unlock" button and push it past the obstacle the hit lock hit follow and walk away--it will follow you again. I use manual mode to get over curbs or big obstacles.

My biggest complaint is that the beverage holder isn't deep enough to keep my 22 oz Klean Kanteen from tipping out. Solved by adding some lead weights to the bottom of the holder. But. . .Axglo, if you're listening, please offer a deeper/longer beverage holder.

Looks like they added a bigger battery. If it was available when I bouht my cart, I would have gotten it. Why? Because I always think more is better. I have never run out of juice, except once when I forgot to charge the remote. Certainly not the carts fault (carry a spare battery pack for the remote, just in case).

The design of this cart is awesome. It looks good, it works good and even the tire tread is awesome. If you have geese on your home course, cleaning your tires is a PITA. The tread design on these tires allows goose poop to be easily cleared with a golf tee. Sort of important if your cart lives in the trunk of your car. . .

    Amazing experience--and the first review!

In my quest for a cart with follow me capabiities, the reviews always seemed to indicate the follow me feature just didn't work right--except for the Q-Follow. This cart had no reviews, just a video. I called and talked to somebody (sorry, bad with names) who described the technology to me. Knowing a smidge about how these things are supposed to function I came to the conclusion that the problems with the other carts wouldn't be present with the E-Cart. So, I bought one. It came pretty quickly. Because the price is Canadian dollars it's considerably less than $1999, but if it's coming to the US there are about $275 (USD) in duty fees. Still a bargin in my book. Had I not bought this one I was going to drop $3K on the Stewart.

Being the first reveiwer is an honor I wanted, but was unwilling to write it until I tried the cart. I will describe the process as I think it is helpful to not stumble around blindly without cause. I downloaded the app, but couldn't do anything until the cart got here. When it did, I couldn't get anything to work (trying to connect to the remote to the cart). So I decided maybe the battery might need a charge. . .it did. I had done the pairing sequence and it had paired without me knowing. Once charged and connected I loaded my golf bag and went for a walk around the neighborhood. The controls make sense, but I am not a very good driver (you should see me putt). I'm sure I will figure it out, but driving using the remote control isn't why I bought this thing anyway.

Let's talk about my first 9 holes walking a golf course without carrying my clubs or pushing a cart--Nirvana! Push "cloud" button, walk to your ball. Hit lock, grab club, hit shot, admire shot, put club away, hit lock button, hit cloud button and walk to your ball. The only issue I had is when I did something stupid and sort of "get out of sight" while follow me was engaged. Then it wanted to look for me and sort of tried to run me over (it didn't). Again, this is completely operator error. Once I learned to hit the lock button when I stopped, there were no issues.

This a a solid 5 star review, but I have a couple observations that might be usefull to both purchasers and Axglo developers. I'm not a fan of the belt clip on the remote. It's not very secure so I only tried it once. The good news is that if you put the remote in your pocket it will still work through the fabric. I'm toying with ideas about some sort of "eye" that a lanyard could be attached through or a magnet like the ones on a cell phone. Another issue with the remote, well with me, is that I found myself gripping it really hard and pushing the controls pretty hard because I don't really know what I'm doing and my brain thought that would make the cart respond better. . .anyway, I didn't break it, but it made me nervous. Also, E-Cart Gurus, we purchasers can't be troubled to read the instructions--how about a quick start guide? Maybe a sticker on the battery to remind us overanxious people to charge it FIRST! LOL! Read the directions!

Another suggestion is probably a Trademark violation, but here goes. E-cart is not a good name. I've named mine Astro (after the Jetson's dog), which I think would be a better name. Anyway my E-cart is named Astro!

One more thing, and again this is not a design flaw--this cart is not idiot proof. It didnt' tip over when I tested some capibilities (hopping curbs--ground clearance, it gets stuck) but you can tip it over if you're stupid. I asked it to follow me up a steep bank and it probably would have made it if not for some roots that bounced the front wheels and it did go over backwards. Moral--do stupid things, win stupid prizes, but don't blame the cart. I traversed some pretty steep off-camber terrain with now issues as well as straight up and straight down some steep inclines.

Haven't even addressed aesthetics, but this thing looks really good too, Ergonomics are great. The cupholder works and the storage "box" is great. After I was done I noticed a couple of net pockets on the under side. I'm sure I'll find a use for them.

No idea if I will be able to edit this review as I get better and learn more. If I can I will, if I can't I'll write another review. I know they just enabled reviews, maybe they could allow questions. If so I would be happy to answer them. Maybe their social media guru could start an Axglo sub-reddit? /r/axglo? Just a thought. Anyway, great product--couldn't be happier with it. Well, maybe if could straighten out my drive or add a few yards. . .
