Shipping offer applies to ground shipping only. Please note additional shipping cost may apply for the following territories: Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut.

Please note we can only guarantee shipping to in-stock products only. Delivery times may vary by province within Canada.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. To make sure that shipments to addresses with rural routes, please include a physical street address or highway marker number with your order. 

To determine shipping cost within Canada, please add item(s) to your shopping cart for your preferred shipping options. The finalized shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method at the Checkout just prior to you entering your credit card information in the payment page. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product(s) being delivered with the full shipping address (including Postal code).

Please note for shipping outside of Canada and USA (International destination) You will be responsible for customs duties, taxes and additional import fees upon delivery. Customs and taxation policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local government office and custom office for more information regarding importing goods from Canada.

Please note that all our international shipments include a commercial invoice. Therefore, we declare the actual value of your purchase and nothing will be shipped as a gift.

  • This service DOES NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER
  • If you want to add a tracking number for your package, please leave us a note when placing the order or contact us at service@axglo.com (additional fee will be applied)
  • The delivery time is based on the distance and package size, COULD BE UP TO 4 MONTHS
  • Please note that if there is delay or nondelivery happen, we cannot start an investigation with Canada Post since there is no tracking number, and we cannot cancel your order or make refund because the package is in shipping process

Bulk orders, corporate orders or unusually heavy items may require additional shipping fees.  Customers will be contacted should there be any additional shipping fees required to complete the order.

Orders usually ship Monday through Friday excluding Canadian statutory holidays. 

Urban Shipping: Order placed and confirmed before 2pm EST between Monday to Friday to receive your order within standard shipping duration. 

Rural Shipping: Order placed and confirmed before 1pm EST between Monday to Friday will be delivered within standard shipping duration.

Axglo Canada may use sub-contracted delivery services to some rural destinations. Please note not all delivery options are available for remote destinations. If you have questions regarding these restrictions, please call 416-292-138 or email: service@axglo.com

All products are covered under standard Axglo warranty. Should you have a problem within the warranty period, please email service@axglo.com with detail information. Please takes pictures of your item(s) and email it as attachments. Axglo service rep will review the information along with the pictures. A solution will be provided to assist you to resolve the issue.

Defective merchandise will either be repaired or replaced. The repair or replacement process can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete/resolve.

Any item purchased online can be returned by mailing it to Axglo Inc. Canada address. All shipping fees must be prepaid.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase and include the original receipt and a Return Authorization Number. There will be no refunds or exchanges on items without the original receipt. All refunds will be processed to the same tender and card number (if applicable) as used for the transaction. Returned items must be in an unopen original packaging with all original tags/tickets attached, and in new/unused condition with all original parts, manuals, and accessories. Items are subject to verification of integrity before being accepted for a refund or exchange. Please note Axglo Inc. requires a valid piece of government issued photo ID with your name, address printed on the cart along with your email and phone number to process exchange or returns. Please note that the cost to return products is the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was not as advertised, or defective.

Following are the condition Axglo will accept return and exchange:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Unopened with all original tags/tickets attached
  • In new condition, with all original parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Unused and factory seal cartoon, as applicable
  • Items are subject to verification of integrity before being accepted for a refund or exchange
  • For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of socks, golf cart mitts, golf towel, umbrella, rain cover, cart seat cover, cart seat, golf cart blanket are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
  • There will be no refund or exchanges on Axglo E-Cart. All E-Carts are final sale
